Earthquake wasn’t about to overcomplicate the conversation when Special K asked him about the latest debate surrounding a woman who said she expects a man to pay more than $5,000 a month to date her.

The comedian appeared on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, where he was asked whether that kind of monthly expectation sounded reasonable. His response was short and delivered with the kind of humor his fans have come to expect.
“Yeah, if she a Lamborghini,” Earthquake said.
Special K immediately played along, while Rickey Smiley suggested that if someone is comparing a woman to a luxury vehicle, the man better know how to handle what he’s getting.
Earthquake then made it clear that luxury isn’t necessarily his preference.
“I drive Toyotas. Regular gas,” he joked.

His point was that people have different priorities when it comes to relationships. While some may want an extravagant lifestyle, Earthquake said he is perfectly comfortable with something reliable that gets him where he needs to go. He even joked about keeping a Toyota with a bumper-to-bumper warranty.
The conversation was just one of several entertaining moments during Earthquake’s appearance.
Rickey also took a trip down memory lane, remembering the first time Earthquake took him to Magic City. Smiley recalled being unfamiliar with the club scene at the time and said he ended up falling asleep in the VIP section. Earthquake remembered the incident and joked that staff wanted the “God-fearing” man out of the club because he wasn’t exactly fitting the atmosphere.
The comedians also revisited an infamous moment from Special K’s early comedy days at Uptown Comedy Corner, which Earthquake once owned. Special K admitted that he had bombed badly during a performance and tried to reassure the crowd that he would return the following week.

Earthquake’s response became a story the group still laughs about years later. He reportedly told Special K not to threaten his audience with another performance, joking that if he returned, it would be as a customer.
