Porsha Williams is getting real about her divorce from Simon Guobadia. In a sneak peek of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16, shown at Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, Porsha opens up about the struggles she’s faced since filing for divorce. The clip shows her reflecting on the breakup and sharing her thoughts during a meeting with her attorney, Randy Kessler.

Fans of the show may remember Randy as the lawyer who helped Porsha through her first divorce from Kordell Stewart back in 2013. “It’s crazy having to call Randy again and say, ‘I’ve got to file for divorce,’” Porsha admits in the clip. “My divorce from Simon—I haven’t dealt with the emotional part yet. I’ve had to deal with logistics. It’s really weird. It feels really cold.”

During the meeting, Porsha explains why she was adamant about having a prenuptial agreement with Simon. “I had to be more responsible this time around because I have a child,” she says. The prenup became especially important when Simon refused to share details about their financial situation. “He wouldn’t tell me what our finances were,” she reveals. “I’m not going to let a foreclosure notice come to my house and I can’t pay it. I wanted to make sure if it happens, I have the money to help us do what we need to do.”

In a confessional, Porsha reflects on how her perspective on the relationship shifted over time. “I felt like if I had him by my side, we could conquer anything. But I started realizing a lot of different things that turned out to be untrue,” she shares.
