Keke Wyatt is taking legal action against a Georgia jeweler after they refused to replace two used Rolex watches that she claims fell apart after she wore them. During an Instagram Live session from the Diamond Ring Company at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, Georgia, the R&B singer expressed her frustration, stating, “This is how they wanna play.”

The 42-year-old singer explained that she had purchased the two Rolex watches from the store, but they were now falling apart. “They let me buy two Rolexes from them and they falling apart,” Keke said. “And they don’t wanna swap the sh… they don’t wanna help a ni**a out,” she added, visibly upset.

Keke emphasized her loyalty to the store, revealing she had been a customer for seven years and bought all her jewelry from them. “And this is how they repay me when all they gotta do is just swap the sh*t out,” she said.
During her rant, she pointed to a two-tone Rolex Lady Datejust watch in the display case, comparing it to her own, which has faded and lost the brilliance of its diamond chips. “It’s supposed to look like that,” she remarked, showing the difference. She also questioned her viewers, saying, “Y’all see that sht? I’m tripping right? I’m crazy right? Yeah, watch when this sht end up on The Shaderoom,” referencing the popular Instagram blog.
Keke then picked up another Rolex, noting, “This is supposed to be a Rolex and the Rolex is upside down. It’s completely upside down. Y’all see this, right? Am I tripping or is it upside down?” She expressed her disbelief at the jeweler’s suggestion to simply go to an official Rolex store for help.

Although she stopped short of claiming that the jeweler sold her counterfeit watches, her frustration is clear in the video shared online.
